Gunthorpe Camping is perfect for a memorable camping and touring holiday in Gunthorpe. Our small family-friendly site near Nottingham is nestled next to the River Trent and is ideally placed for exploring Nottinghamshire.
Our campsite is based on a level grassy paddock and offers up to 16 pitches for tents, tourers and motorhomes. The well-maintained paddock is surrounded by hedges and mature trees and offers lots of space to enjoy.
Onsite we have a recently refurbished shower and toilet block. There is also a covered washing-up area, firepits and picnic table.
You can make the most of the River Trent, with riverside walks and bike rides available directly from our site.
Please note, that we do not accept hen or stag parties.
Nearby you can enjoy lots of activities, including kayaking, canoeing, fishing and boat trips. Within a 40-minute drive are the National Watersports Centre and Sundown Adventureland. A short walk away there are several lovely restaurants and bars.
