Waren Caravan & Camping Park is an award winning caravanning and camping park, located in a lovely part of Northumberland at Bamburgh near Belford. Those who stay with us can enjoy a completely self contained and self sufficient break away. You don't have to go beyond the gates for a perfect off season break or a satisfying family holiday. Some regular visitors are content to be no more adventurous than to look for a new picnic spot within the park's extensive grounds and adjoining heathlands. For them, this is Waren's charm.
The park offers a range of pitch types from fully serviced hard stands to traditional grass pitches. The touring park has its own landscaped area a short walk from the main reception block facilities. The WC blocks are being continually improved and upgraded they have both cubicle and stand alone facilities.
For those who prefer a self catering break, why not stay in one of our caravans. Bed linen is provided, although beds are not made up on arrival. This allows you the flexibility to make your own sleeping arrangements. More linen is available from reception should you need it. A complimentary welcome pack providing some essentials (tea, coffee, sugar, whitener, dishcloth, sponge, washing up liquid and tea towel) will be in your Caravan Holiday Home for your arrival.
If you are looking for something different, our Waren Wigwams are situated in the best location of the park with commanding views of the glorious sandy beach and Northumberland coastline. Wigwams are generally an alternative to tents, therefore you should bring with you everything you would normally bring if you were camping in a tent, including linen and sleeping bags. Each Wigwam contains a kettle, fridge, electric heater, TV and the electricity is free. The Wigwam kitchen, heated shower and WC facilities are just a stone’s throw away with parking provided for one car.
Our bar and family restaurant "The Witch and Worm", games room and splash pool are available nearby or dine alfresco whatever the weather in our BBQ hut (booking early to avoid disappointment is recommended).
