Lazonby Campsite is located close to the village of Lazonby, not far from the Cumbrian town of Penrith. With a stunning setting, excellent facilities and a great location to explore the county, we are an excellent choice for any campers visiting the area.
Our campsite is set in a private location on the banks of the River Eden, on the edge of Lazonby, next to a riverside walk, adjoining field, community play ground and behind the swimming pool. The campsite is open from Easter to the end of September each year.

Lazonby itself has all the facilities of a modern village. Situated between the Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the marvelous Lake District, natural beauty is all around our campsite. Nearby Penrith is an attractive town which is the hub of the Eden Valley. With a variety of shops and arcades the town combines the old and new perfectly. The imposing ruins of Penrith Castle are worth a visit, whilst Penrith Museum and Tourist Information Centre boasts a wealth of information about this historic area.
