Silver Sands Holiday Park is a family friendly park situated at Gwendreath and only a short drive from Helston in Cornwall. Set in the dramatic and beautiful countryside of the Lizard Peninsula, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, our holiday park is ideal for families, couples and singles alike.
Located at our main field, all of our touring emplacements have the availability of a 10 or 16 amp electric hook-up point and a dedicated water connection. Some of them also have grey water drainage to make your holiday a truly comfortable one. Each emplacement is bounded by trees and shrubs. These afford a degree of privacy without preventing you from meeting others, or excluding the Cornish sunshine.
Our camping field is exclusive, triangular in shape and adjacent to our main field. All of the emplacements are positioned around the edge of the triangular perimeter. They are large and bounded by trees and shrubs affording a degree of privacy. Some of these emplacements have access to an electric hook-up. The field has its own water supply and recycling facilities. In the centre of the field, there is an area for ball games and a play area for under 14's.
Each holiday caravan home is sited in an emplacement bounded by mature trees and shrubs, with sufficient space to allow you to park a car alongside or in the font, while still ensuring that you have a high degree of privacy. Some of the holiday homes have a gravel path access.

Little shop to provide essential supplies at Reception.
Clean toilet block with free showers and free hot water.
Family toilet and shower room.
A hair dryer in the ladies toilet block.
Washing up area for campers with 4 stainless steel sinks and drainers.
Freezers & fridge for our guest's freezer blocks & basic cold items.
Launderette with washing machine & tumble dryer.
Iron and ironing board available and large sink for hand wash.
Elsan point for portable toilet waste. Non Bio chemicals only.
Public pay phone.
Village bar in a walking distance.
Lodge Carn Kennack is sited in the centre of our main field surrounded by hedges and trees enjoying a glimpse of Kennack Bay. To the front is an ample patio area with patio table and chairs allowing you to enjoy the evening sun. At the side, an area of block paving allows you to park 2 cars. Decking to the rear with seating for you to soak up the morning sun.
Silver Sands Holiday Park is set in the dramatic and beautiful countryside of the Lizard Peninsula, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is ideal for families, couples and singles alike, whether you want "away from it all" relaxation or a more active sightseeing and touring holiday in Cornwall. From Silver Sands it is just a short 1km woodland walk through the Lizard Nature Reserve to clean sandy beaches of Kennack Sands.
The stunning Kynance Cove, the Lizard the most southerly point in Cornwall and the unspoilt Helford River are all within easy reach. The rugged coastline of the Lizard Peninsula nestling many secret coves, sandy beaches and pretty fishing villages are all waiting for you to explore.
