Tehidy Holiday Park is a Green Tourism Gold award park, nestled in a beautiful wooded valley just minutes from glorious beaches, mid-way between St Ives and St Agnes. With such a central location exploring Cornwall is easy and the main attractions are within a 40-minute radius. The site itself is designed to fit into the surrounding countryside and is unique in its blend of carefully managed landscape, hedges, trees, wildflowers and all the amenities you will need for a lovely holiday experience in Cornwall. Our green ethos is reflected in being holders of the David Bellamy Gold Conservation Award every year since 2007 and also voted Regional Winners in the Top 100 Sites awards for 8 years running. With a choice of camping and touring, set in small groups on mostly hedged or fenced pitches, our lovely Wigwam camping cabins and also Self Catering Holiday Caravans and Cottages, 2 of which are wheelchair friendly. You can have a lovely break suitable for couples or a family together and everyone can choose what suits them best.
Camping and Touring: 28 pitches, 10 are hardstands or eco tracked, all with electric and set in small groups. Each area has amenities close to hand. The shower block has ladies, gents a family/ wheelchair access room, dishwashing room and a laundry. Surrounded by mature trees, hedges and green, open spaces there’s no better place to come camping and touring in Cornwall. Whether you’re bringing a caravan, motorhome or a tent, you are sure to find the perfect pitch. You will feel right at home in our thoughtfully planned areas, all set in stunning surroundings. Many of our pitches are hedged or fenced for your privacy. You can also enjoy a get together in our communal areas, complete with picnic benches.
Wigwams: The Tehidy wooden wigwams are designed for year-round use and are simply a lovely space to be in. Each wigwam sleeps up to 5 people. They benefit from:

Self Catering Holiday Caravans.

We have everything you need to make your stay the perfect Cornwall family holiday. For the kids, there’s a play area with trampoline, swings, slides and climbing frame as well as a games room with TV, table football and pool table. For those who like to stay in touch, there’s also internet access through fibre optic powered Wi-Fi on site. If you run low on supplies we have a small shop/off licence (once the blacksmith’s forge), but is now the place to head to in the morning for fresh croissants and baguettes.
With beautiful woodland walks and cycle routes on your doorstep as well as Cornwall’s idyllic beaches, traditional pubs and picture-postcard villages. The county’s other top tourist attractions are also just moments away. Our local village is home to a co-op, pharmacy, doctor’s surgery, pasty shop and also where Demelza Poldark originated from.
