Relaxed and spacious, Lamarth Farm Campsite is ideally located for exploring The Lizard and West Cornwall. We welcome families, groups and dogs, offering plenty of room for everyone and even a designated enclosed exercise field for your four-legged companions. This is a back-to-basics, non-electric hook-up site with clean, hot showers and well-maintained toilet facilities to ensure a comfortable stay.
The campsite itself is a large grassy field with two simple but spotless amenities blocks that include showers, toilets, basins, a baby changing station in the ladies’ area and a partially covered washing-up zone. In our "Handy Hut," guests will find a fridge and freezer, sockets for charging phones and battery packs, along with local information, books, games and logs available for campfires. It's also a lovely spot to view our chickens, Pygymy goats and ducks and fresh eggs are often available to buy.
We offer two unfurnished bell tents (more camping than glamping), where you’ll need to bring your own bedding, as well as a holiday cottage, perfect for group stays or for those who prefer a bit more comfort than camping provides.
A central area in the field serves as a recreational space where children and adults alike can play football, fly kites, or simply run around and enjoy the open air. For dog owners, the enclosed exercise field is a safe space for pets to run free and there are three dog-friendly beaches just a short drive away, along with a welcoming dog-friendly pub in nearby Gunwalloe village.
As a working farm, you’ll likely see or hear tractors and other machinery in action. Though we don’t keep livestock, our chickens, Pygymy goats and ducks bring a touch of farm life to the site. Being near the Royal Navy base at Culdrose, you may also spot helicopters or gliders overhead. For a local bite to eat, the Halzephron Inn is just two miles away. Places to visit include:

We are open from April until October.
Up to 4 dogs stay free, over 4 dogs, £2 each - maximum of 6 dogs.
We have a total of 30 multi-use pitches, suitable for tents, roof top tents, motorhomes, trailer tents and campervans.
